Lots of rain but it really slowed when the race started. . Due to the rain the race started late. When it did start they did not give the runners time enough to get to the start. My time is my watch time not the gun time. There was no starting timing mat. It was all gun time. I Know.. It was a great charity event and I should not obsess.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing. I did like running in the light rain. I have to work on my 5K time. Too much pace running long distance these days.

My first triathlon was at age 56. At first I was just the cameraman at my daughter's first triathlon, then I am doing the races that she has done.
