Subject: 2.19.15 Thursday Workouts

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  :50 minutes of hill repeats

5:30am:  30 minutes strength training + core

Later today hoping to get out with the doggies in the beautiful weather.  The weather is supposed to return to normal (cold!) this weekend...boooo!!! Have a great day!

Kim, I thought of you this morning because I got up at 3:50 to get a run in at 4 am. It was awful. Not going to lie. My body was screaming "What the crap are you doing?" the whole time. But, I got my 4 miles in! I have a swim team banquet tonight, so it was 4 am or not at all!

Good Morning

I am going to head over to the Gym today at lunch and do an hour on one of the spin bikes.. too darn cold here to do much else -21C with a -32 windchill here this morning BRRRR. and some more Snow coming just to top it off .

No 4:XX stuff this week--on vacation! I just slept in till 8:30. Planning an hour-ish run on the river trail (home in Oregon till Saturday) later this AM and hour and change of trainer fun PM. Plus getting the red put back in my hair, and maybe some tri-related shopping at REI and the bike shop.

Great job!! That's pretty fast.

I've got an easy six mile run this evening.

afternoon everyone!

crazy busy this week!

5:15am - 60 min power spin. My legs were still trashed from yesterdays hilly 7 mile trail run, the intervals were HARD!

8am - 3 mile easy run
9am - 2100 yd swim

Got a new fit on my Tri bike today - OH BOY so excited! Major adjustments and it's like I have a new bike. Excited to try it out on the trainer tomorrow!
