Then again, I'm in the last two weeks of a five-course series and deep into my final project and a lot has escaped my notice lately. Our workouts are starting to sync again..... AM One hour trainer ride with some high-cadence stuff PM About 45 minutes of strength and core My new coach is (literally) I think whipping my butt into shape by changing up my strength routine. Ouch! |

Fortunately this is a taper week for me so only some short runs and a short ride. Also fortunate because we have had heavy rain and high winds. Today will be an easy three mile run. |

| Member 1487 Scottsdale, AZ | Subject: RE: 11.13.15 Triskaidekaphobia Friday! Late posting, but better late than never! 9:30am - taught my usual 50 min spin at the community college. I had a new person join in today - he is 82 and did so great!! Most of my people are retirees and over the age of 65 and I LOVE them! I kept it very easy intensity wise for me. I went and did athlete check in yesterday and got all my gear. Holy crap now just obsessing over what to put in special needs bags, and all the other bags. Trying not to over think things! Getting real! Went to a Slowtwitch IMAZ party tonight at my triathlon store - it was amazing seeing everyone there! Got a little emotional at the end…what a journey. Time to do this! I'm ready! |
