Subject: 7.10.16 Sunday Funday

Hello BT!  I have been MIA due to busy softball weekend. My daughter's team fought hard but alas finished up 2nd.  Last weekend they took 3rd so this can only mean next weekend we will take 1st!

Slept in--the championship game started at 10pm last night which put us home at 2:00am.  Right now we have a wind advisory going on so I opted for some indoor work.

2:30pm:  1:20 on the trainer

4:00pm:  :30 minute run

Finished up with some upper body strength + core

Did sprint this morning. Hoping to get 2 hours on the bike tonight but am not feeling that at all :P Need to tell myself to suck it up.

Much needed rest day for me spent at a picnic and going for a walk around the neighborhood with my family.

Horrid weather here in Eugene all weekend--periodic showers, cold (for summer, even here--highs in the low 60's), cloudy, and windy. Rearranged the whole week so I wouldn't need to do my long ride today and maybe can get it in tomorrow outside. 3200m of swimming instead. The outdoor pool is always kept at a comfortable temperature, but it was windy and raining most of the time--not so nice when I stopped between sets!

Im coming back from a second PE.
With my Multisport career in question, I have been doing a lot of running.

This Sunday was a 9 mile run. I did it it in 1:27.
