Good morning BT!

4:30am:  1:10 on the trainer: isolated leg drills + a cadence 'pyramid'--satisfyingly difficult!

5:45am:  lower body strength + core--Karen the stability ball transfers have become a part of my routine :-) Oh, and I bet it is muscle!

After school:  30 minute easy run with strides.  The wind is howling out there this morning so I hope by the afternoon it settles down.

Have a great day!  1/2 way to Friday!

Good night! About to call it a day--rare night out with a visiting author and some other teachers. The way I've eaten today, it's not ALL going to be muscle!

5:20 AM--50 minutes run with a ton of strides focusing on different aspects of run form. Kind of a fun workout--it's the way I imagine that sprinters would train. After: 20 minutes of run strength training--planks and some leg stuff.

11:45 - 1400 yard swim, breast stroke focused

Wife left town today, so it's just me and the kiddos. Hoping it doesn't get too rough . . .

Have a great day!
