Subject: 11.16.16 Happy Hump Day!Good morning BT! 4:30am: 1:10 on the trainer: isolated leg drills + a cadence 'pyramid'--satisfyingly difficult! 5:45am: lower body strength + core--Karen the stability ball transfers have become a part of my routine :-) Oh, and I bet it is muscle!
