Elite  4583   |  Subject: 11.23.16 Happy Thanksgiving Eve!Good morning BT! Can you believe tomorrow is Thanksgiving already?! Overslept today--no surprise after our whirlwind trip and not feeling 100%. I did get up and do some stretching however. Tomorrow the plan is to get up and out early for a nice long run with the doggies. Half day of school today...yahoo! Have a great day and if any of you are heading out on the roads for holiday travel, drive safely!

We do have a staff Thanksgiving dinner on Saturday but otherwise have to work most of the weekend (progress reports). Will probably go out for Vietnamese food tonight (Thursday here already). AM: 50-ish minutes of running with a bunch of stride drills; 12 minutes of lunges and planks after PM: More running with my track kids. Not sure how much! |
