Subject: 1.26.17 Thursday work!

Good morning BT!

4:30am:  1:30 on the bike trainer with a main set of 6X6:00 intervals at a variety of zones.  Tough but good, love this workout.

Followed that with some core work!

Still wondering if we have the same coach-

5:20 AM--Hour trainer ride with a bunch of big gear intervals in Z3-4. Not 6X6 though; I think it was 4X4 and then 3X3.
PM: 35 minute run around the school fields

Ten days off for Tet! Yay!

Lazy again today, although I had a better reason to skip. Just had a phone interview for what sounds like a pretty big opportunity. Spent the time I would have been working out preparing instead. We'll see what happens.

Walked the dog and did a strength WO this AM.  Tweaked my lower back today, ugh not again...
