Well after last night's masters practice, I think I have a new least favorite workout. For our sprint set last night we did 10 x 100s at race pace. The first four were on three minutes, but then the interval dropped by 20 seconds for each one after that. I did the last three continuous, as I am only good for about 1:30. I did do the first 6 at less than 1:35 each, but started to drop off quick after that.
Anyhow, total yardage came out to be 2250, which is pretty high for sprint days.
Today is more fence building; hopefully I can complete the north side today (less the gate; still debating on what hardware ). Afterwards, I am wanting to get in the saddle and get a few miles in on the bike trail.
