Workouts done as promised; still struggling with seat issues on the bike. Just can't seem to get comfortable. Could try putting road bike on the trainer instead but not at all sure I physically can do the switch, and I do like having use of the PM (which only works with my tri bike ) to structure workouts and push myself a little.
Gel seat makes my butt more comfortable but seems to be at expense of girly parts. Maybe need to tilt seat back some more, and/or lower the seat....Power also bit off due to weird position--tri bikes were definitely not meant to be written with hands on aerobar pads! |
