Got in a good strength training session this morning and followed that up with an 1 hr 25 minute trainer session on zwift. There were around 8k folks on zwift when I logged on. The most I’ve seen prior to today is 3500. This isolation stuff has folks shifting their training around. Stay safe everyone!

My first 60 minute session on Sufferfest..ouch. 4.5mi run on the tready a little later in the day. I'm seeing tons of people out running in some beautiful weather here(but the pollen is turning fierce).

I ran outside....because I still can, and the weather is, unseasonably for this time of year in Oregon, absolutely beautiful. 80 minutes on an extended wander of the streets and trails in the hills behind our house. Eugene has a ton of great "official" running trails but honestly, the last few times I've run them, they have been a bit too crowded for comfort. I think due to schools being out and gyms closed, plus nice weather lately. It can be hard to maintain the six feet of "social distancing" when passing or being passed by parties with multiple runners/walkers and multiple dogs.

I do have a treadmill now if it comes to that or when the weather goes south again. But it's not my first choice!

Also got in a good cycling workout on the Sufferfest, and posted a 15 second PR (w00t!!! - 'cause that's so useful in endurance sports).

Yeah, lots of rearranging training - all of my spring bike races cancelled are going to push me to the Zwift ones at some point.

Hope everyone is safe and well.
