Comments: There was a bit of a current which slowed me down a bit. Otherwise my navigation was much better than the last 2 races. I could see perfectly for once! What would you do differently?: nothing Transition 1

Ate a powerbar and a banana 2 hours before, drank some sports drink, timing chip, body marked, pumped up tires.
Checked out bike for a few kms, ran about 5 minutes later, stretched.
