After the turn around, there is one really steep but short hill, another gradual climb, and finally it returns to normal...except the finish line is up a hill on a bridge. So that is why I was a slow poke

Great job Jen! You rock!

You've got all fall/winter to pick up the running. Next year, you'll already have the knowledge, and by then you'll have the running legs, too!

Coming through the park during the run, I could see my favourite chip truck across the road...you would think I would have run faster to finish and get my butt over there!!!!

Excellent job Jen! You did great! If you suck at running then I suck even more because it takes me 35 minutes to run the 5k leg. With the time you posted, you could have had a nap while waiting for me at the finish line. I sure wish I could have been there though, if only to meet up with a fellow member. Oh well, there is always the tri at Hog's Back if you cancel your camping trip or whatever other one comes along. Let us know what your racing number was so that we can look up your photo on the ciaociao.com site. I would give you mine but the site is down right now.
