How is the bike course i hear its fairly flat I did this tri some time ago a ton of people wore wetsuits. There is seaweed in the lake so if you don't mind that you should be fine. I don't know if they will use the same bike course but it wasn't to bad. Just some rolling hills. |

Member 29 | Subject: RE: Lake Zurich Tri... Just went today out to the lake.... I don't think that it needs a wet suit but that could just be me... also i thought that the Olympic run course was very confusing. The bike course was quite hilly. Overall i think it will be quite a fun course. |

You know, out at the 1/ IM this weekend in Racine, I had a cowbell that I was ringing, and all I kept wanting to yell out, instead of "Good Job, Keep it Up," was, "I got a feva, and the only prescription, is more cowbell!!" Well Lake Zurich would welcome you. my running club does to panara in deerpark after our runs so if people want to met there after the tri we could do that. of course I just realise my club has a club only race that day and if no one wants to met I can go to there after party . Thought the race was run well and i liked the cones in the road because it gave u a good understanding of where you were going. Met a couple cool people too!
