 Swim
Comments: nice course start was good and i was near the front of the pack, rounding the first bouy was good but then i was swimming ALONE..... it seems like everyone else was at least 50 yars to my left and i was worryed that i missed something but nope they just wanted to add more swim i guess What would you do differently?: calm down first race jitters got me...  Transition 1
What would you do differently?: nice walk down to t1. sat down dried feet put on socks and shoe and left...  Bike
Comments: about the 5 or 6 time i rode this and knew every hill insdie and out. lot of people passed me but i felt great and cheered each and everyone on.. What would you do differently?: TITS that somes it up Transition 2
Comments: did a nice one here also.. changed sock and put on shoes and headed out  Run
Comments: WALK walk walk.... it was pretty much a 3 mile walk for me, gave a way a jel because someone had bad cramps and it helped him...... What would you do differently?: I need to work on my run.. Post race
Warm down: two massages and lot's o water What limited your ability to perform faster: not getting used to my othatics Event comments: CRAPPY t shirts... can i get something i'll work out in not this cheep cotten crap that will be used the next time i paint my house... Nope i didn't beat the relay but it took them half way on the run to catch up..if i could have run in steady of walked it i would have smoked them.... food... oh you really don't want to know... at 5:30 am on of those yummy sausage mcgriddles and a small coffee, just be for the race a gel |

Woke up... ran around looking for all my stuff, got everything together and headed on out the door
walking around BSing and changing a flat tire for another racer after i gave him my only tube.
