Comments:

Awesome run for me :) Really wanted to break 2 hours and came awfully close. The bands along the course were great and 2 of them played songs I usually listen to on the ipod when training. Was happy to run the last 5K faster than the 1st
What would you do differently?:

Maybe taper beforehand but it was just a training race for Goofy

Muscular endurance the cardio was there I just couldn't make the legs go much faster.
