Yikes....no bike splits at the halfway point?  We're going to have a fairly quiet couple of hours.

Unless...did anyone sign up for the SMS wireless updates from AT&T?  I wonder if you get more splits through that means...anyone?  Anyone?  Answered my own question. You get one more split, bike at 73mi. I'll put up bostic, flyboy, and rick's 73 mi split when I get them.

Hi everyone, this is Dan Hyte's daughter.  He wanted me to update on this page with the progress he is making on his race.  At about 11:25 he passed the fifty mile marker on the bike.  I will post more later when I hear another update from my uncle.

Daremo is having a killa day. Just passed mile 73 on the bike, total elapsed dime is 4:44:03. Bike avg is 22+mph.  Looks like he'll be off the bike in under 6 total. Damn, that's hot.

Rick and Joel are past the 73 mile split:

Rick: 3:17:53 @ 22.13mph
Joel: 3:16:49 @ 22.25mph

Awesome.  22 mph @ 112 m => 5:06  Wow!

Yes, he's having a killer day and right on target for his goals. If he comes off the bike right around 5, expect a very very strong effort from him on the mary. I can't wait to watch his run unfold. GO RICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
