Press ups: Each day - 1 set 10 against the wall, 1 set 10 against the table or stairs or whatever, then however many I can crank out as regular press ups starting with 3 with goal to be up to 3 build sets of regular by end of Dec.
Sit-ups: hmmm, haven't done these in a while but not for want of wanting to - 1 set 10xregular, 1 set 10 x lieing on right side, 1 set 10x regular, 1 set 10x lieing on left side, 1 set regualr however many I can still do - hopefully I can do 10 to start!
I started late but for this week I have done the daily the 3 days since I started for totals til today of
PUs - 30/30/18 (wall/table/floor )
Crunches - 180 (reg, R, reg, L, reg ) |
