Here it is Friday, so I guess it's time to chime in.

Success for week one! I got in at least 20x3 of each for 5 days and sometimes more, plus two extra sets of ab-work. Even managed to weasel in a couple of short runs and 1/2 a lift. Man, December is crazy.

Think I'll take a break today and move on to 25s tomorrow. I'm not sure how I'm going to manage sets of 35 pushups after Xmas, but I guess I'll figure it out when I get there.

Sorry - I am late posting in this thread.

Goal:

PU - 10 x2/day x4/week   +5/week

Total of 16 sessions and 560 pushups

SU - 100 x2/day x4/week   +25/week

Total of 16 sessions and 4400 situps.

My goals:

15 stair push-ups
15 crunches
10 obliques (5 each side)

Increasing by 5 for push-ups and crunches and by 10 for obliques each Monday.

Total:
* crunches & obliques: 595
* push-ups: 285

So far on track!

My goal:
Press ups: Each day - 1 set 10 against the wall, 1 set 10 against the table or stairs or whatever, then however many I can crank out as regular press ups starting with 3 with goal to be up to 3 build sets of regular by end of Dec.
Sit-ups: hmmm, haven't done these in a while but not for want of wanting to - 1 set 10xregular, 1 set 10 x lieing on right side, 1 set 10x regular, 1 set 10x lieing on left side, 1 set regualr however many I can still do - hopefully I can do 10 to start!

I started late but for this week I have done the daily the 3 days since I started for totals til today of

PUs - 30/30/18 (wall/table/floor)
Crunches - 180 (reg, R, reg, L, reg)

got thru last week.....now today we add on

12 PU 3 times per day

125 crunches 3 times per day

adding 2 more pu each week and 25 crunches each week
