What will a BT Membership do for you?
Becoming a Performance Member will take you to that higher level of training and logging. Depending on your specific level, we give you exclusive tri-specific information, an accessible library of detailed triathlon training plans, training plan support and logging software not found anywhere else online in one place – it’s what our members demand.

 

Bronze, Silver and Gold Memberships

There are three levels to our performance memberships, a Bronze, Silver and Gold level. Each level builds on the previous level with additional services. Here is a quick summary of features. Following this are full details of each feature.

*These Silver/Gold plans have daily, specific workouts to improve and maximize your performance. Most plans designed by one of the few USAT level III coaches, Mike Ricci. 

ALSO INCLUDED are Four Race-Day Execution Plans - Along with the training plans that you will have access to, Bronze, Silver and Gold members will also have access to the following race-day plans so that you know what to eat, how to warm-up and how to pace yourself for your races.

**Bronze members will have direct log access to the 26 free 'minutes-only' plans and the 2 detailed Beginner 1/2 Ironman and Full Ironman Plan = 26 training plans.  No additional workout details are given in the bronze plans other than what you see in the free versions.

    Calendar, week, month and year reports based on difference data. Deficits over a day, week, month or year appear as red. See screenshot.

    Graphically see how your actual training compares to your training plan. Spot over/under volume/distance trends easily with 14 graphs. See example swim, run and tri-sports.
