I am trying to do a better job listening to my body and this morning it feels tired! Thus, an 'active' off day.
4:15am: 45 min walk
5:00am: upper body strength + core
I've been running after school with one of my newby runners--albeit slowly, but still that extra afternoon work is adding up a bit.
Another long day of meetings ahead, blecchhh!
