Tremblant is going to be an amazing location for the 2014 WC.

I see a few people have already qualified.

Maybe share ideas on the training, the race and logistics.

For those that have not been there yet, it is beautiful.

Haven't booked hotel yet - but planning on the village.

I'll be playing Sherpa for the wife on this one. I will therefore be dressed in some ridiculous outfit and cheering uncontrollably somewhere out on the run course. You will know me when you see me..

I'm late to the party (though it sure seems like a tame party in here)....just snagged a slot at Sunday's Buffalo Springs 70.3 race and I'm super excited about this!  Now to turn around and start training soon....and figure out all the logistics for the race.  Hope there are hotels or rentals still available this late in the game!

I'm looking at the event schedule and kinda freaking out -- is there really no check-in on Saturday (or later than 4pm on Friday)??  My flight gets in at 2pm on Friday, but between picking up luggage, getting a rental car, and driving up there, there's no way I'll get in before 4pm.  I've never been to a race that didn't have athlete check-in the day before the race....

Yeah, that's how they do it...kinda ridiculous, but gotta rack up those hotel stays!
