This is the beginning of a whole new chapter in your life and you are quite right, "training is an awesome goal" and very very rewarding to boot! The best tip I can offer you is to suggest that you consult your physician before beginning any kind of physical activity. Once you get a clean bill of health from your doctor, pick out a training program, which will suit your needs from the BT home page. Do ask lots and lots of questions. Start each activity slowly and methodically, concentrating on technique rather than speed. And, of course, enjoy yourself .... :-) Michel |
