hehe, excreted Some articles mention taking combinations of quercetin and bromelain (from pineapple stems - yum) for increased absorption. I guess I am a skeptical person when it comes down to believing all the claims made to push things like this. On the other hand, I've swallowed plenty of prescription medicine in my lifetime with absolutely no idea what was really in any of it, either, other than the meds had passed muster with the FDA based upon some non-biased, industry-sponsored research. I guess if I suddenly win a Kona slot next spring by knocking eighty minutes off of my previous HIM time, everyone here will know I've turned into a quercetin junky.
