Sadly this thing isn't for the best college football player, it goes to the best QB. If all the QBs stink that year then it goes to the best RB. If the QBs and RBs stink that year, then it goes to ... Desmond Howard.

I'm biased, but really, if you want a game-changing player look no further than Ndamukong Suh.

Seriously this guy is a frickin' beast who can do it all -- sack QBs, control the line, make interceptions. He truly is the best player in the country right now. But yes, I am biased.

Who do YOU think should win the Heisman, because I don't think it's Tebow or Obama, despite popular belief.

Yea, you really are. Not saying he's not great, but best in the country is a bit high.

I'm curious to hear this chatter in the next few weeks when the pull the statistic of how many Heisman winners were duds in the NFL.

If that's the criteria, let's just hand the trophy to Tebow already. He's going to be a fullback in the pros.

H back or tight end.

Or... he could pull a Joe Willy and go to an upstart league and play QB.

Fullback? No way! Maybe running back. Too tall and too talented in other ways. If he were to learn a new position, tight end is better suited.

I'd take him as QB if I had a run first offense. Wildcat with a real QB. Put another like him in the backfield. Pat White and Tebow in the backfield together?

Oh, upstart league? The UFL? Very bad television. Really bad... Some names of NFL-ex'es and college washouts. No threat and certainly no money. I dobt HD-Net paid millions for the TV contracts and with ~500 admissions, they're not getting gate receipts.

Why would you put him in the backfield with Pat White when you have Ronnie Brown & Ricky? You might as well start running the wishbone at that point.

Uh can you say Eric Crouch or Troy Smith? I haven't seen anyone really separate themselves this year, but one guy who I really like watching and plays really well is Eric Decker at Minnesota. That dude is one tough kid.

I am ok with this, as long as I can watch the first time he tries to run over an NFL safety. I doubt it will happen twice.

A little OT, but I just saw the movie "the express" on HBO and it was pretty good. A bit said too but I really liked it. That's all I know about the heisman trophy.
