Subject: 10.14.2011 Fantastic FridayGood morning my fellow BTer's. What do you have on the training schedule for today?
5:15 am - Intervals at the middle school. 12 x 125. Calling it sprinting is being generous  I have a strong dislike of intervals.
6:30 pm - Pool Time. 1200 yds, working on breathing correctly (generally breathing air is better than breathing water! )
