Up here in the GWN ( Great White North) our tri race season only starts at it best midi- May. I have to start finding some running races. Only problem, I can't run. Ours isn't starting yet either. It's just finally clear enough that I can ride my bike outside. Now all they have to do is get the gravel off the roads. We'll have some du's before may, but that and running races are about it. |

I ran it last year on 6 weeks training. This year I got serious with 12 weeks training. I'm looking to trim 10 mins. off last years 1:48:52. |
