The Iceman goes after the last person to have beaten him.  Will he get his revenge?

ABSOLUTELY!!

I have been looking forward to this fight for a while now!  Can't wait!  As much as  I want to see a change at the Light Heavyweight Title, I hope it doesnt come tomorrow.

Iceman!!!!!

I'm just hoping for a good fight.  I hate watching some of the UFC fights and falling asleep in the middle of them.

I need to see a good beat down!!

Yes - I fear all my nutritional diligence this week will be undone during UFC on saturday with a few too many cold ones and wings. Go chuck!

I voted for Jackson, because he looked like such a bada$$ against Chuck the last time, but I haven't seen him fight or know how he fought since then. If he really was THAT good, I'm sure we would have seen more of him. I hope it's a good fight either way.

After paying for the last 2 Ortiz fights. I think I will hold off on this one. I was a bit disappointed in the pay per view fights

I vote Iceman...but at this level, anything can happen. There have been a few upsets lately.

As much as I like Liddell, I think he's too old. Don't get me wrong, he's in the top of his shape but Jackson is a great striker and will toe to toe with Liddell. If you ever watch Jackson, he has a similar style with overlooping strikes coming from no where. Plus, I think he's stronger and again, younger.

I'm voting for Liddell but i'd place money on Jackson.

Interesting how far UFC has come.  The "tale of the tape" was just on ESPN Sports center; and the official weigh-in for the fight is live on ESPN tonight.  Hmmmm.  And I love the way Boxing "purists" denegrate and look down on MMA.

I hate boxing and I love MMA.

MMA is boxing, without Don King.

Liddell in a rout. He's that bad. And I won't get to watch it...dammit.

There's a lot of water under the bridge since their fight in 2003. "UFC Experience" is in Chuck's favor given the fact that Jackson was so nutted up fighting Eastman. If he thinks that was pressure, being the main event and fighting for the belt against a guy like Liddell will be too much for him.

Liddell by TKO, round 2.

Wow... that was a short fight! Good thing there were some other good fights that night. I wonder how much money the rematch will make?

That was the rematch.  Rampage has kicked his arse twice now.  You won't see a rematch until they've both fought a few other people, if ever.

I know.. I saw the first one too.......I meant in the UFC. That is the big money maker now...they are pulling all the good fighters from Pride.

I can't wait until they fight a few more.....I know Chuck is going to come back pissed...lol

Its not like they are stealing them from Pride, now that Tuffa owns a controlling stake in Pride we will all see great fights in Pride and UFC with both organizations swapping fighters.  this can only foster better fighters with a more rounded experience.

I've seen pride fighters that are great with the ropes get taken apart in the octagon and vice-versa.  I can't wait to see the next Iceman fight.  I feel very sorry for the idiot that takes the fight against him on his comeback warpath.

The light-heavy division is just starting to explode with talent!

Am I alone in thinking Liddell looked fat and out of shape compared to Jackson? I was kinda disappointed by the fight to be honest as I thought it'd be a lot longer and more technical what with them both being just so damn good.

Mind you, I was watching UFC 71 & that reality show based version thing at the same time so got to see quite a few good scraps. lol

Yep.  Liddell was in great shape.  He fools people because he has a large degree of anterior pelvic tilt that makes him look like he has a beer gut.  Despite that, his abs show up pretty well.

Of course none of that matters when the fight lasts less than 2 minutes.
