Yeah. It's that good.

http://www.foxnews.com/health/2013/05/30/prancercise-new-eccentric-fitness-routine-mimics-dancing-like-horse/

Warning. Viewing prancercise will have roughly the same long term effect as seeing a star explode. You will not know how to continue on earth after seeing this. This will be a new rickroll. There is a new crazier-than-timecube. This is why the internet came into existence.

Well, well, well.  Where to begin?

1) John's, I mean Johanna's, transformation was very successful.  I have never quite seen such impressive camel toe.

2) The hand motion in the first segment is particularly funny.  Is she giving her imaginary friend the giddy up?

3) Where can I get the sound track?

4)  YES! I totally have my Halloween costume.

Thank you Claaaw.  Thank you very much.

Even though my nether region was quite uncomfortable watching that, I totally appreciate the pearly bling and jazz arms. Kinda reminds me of my 7 year old daughter the way she moves about the world, minus the camel toe, of course.

I saw that posted all over facebook yesterday...  I finally saw it and now my eyes are burning.

I actually feel bad for people in instances like this.  They THINK they have a good idea and their intentions are good.  Try to exercise in a fun way and put themselves out there.  Then just get mocked and blasted in social media...

(still funny to watch though, like the pluthera of crotch shots you used to see on Funniest Home Videos).

The article said Rohrback originally introduced her unconventional routine back in 1989, but the endeavor failed to take off.  Shocking.

I think the whole thing would be better if she carried around a boombox to provide her own soundtrack.

I couldn't make it through the "walk" segment but went back to see the rest.  Wow, the trot and gallop are even better.

Not even shadow boxing with ankle weights on the wrists while prancing like a Lippizaner and talking like Mr. Ed?

I said this exact thing on my FB page earlier today. Great minds snark alike.

Surely I can't be the only one thinking of heading to some local multi-use paths to see if I can see someone doing this live?

I agree that the video was funny to watch.

Your comment was thought provoking and lead to a meaningful discussion between my pre-teen son and I about the easy ability to bash others using social media sites. Thanks for your insight Jim.

I take for granted getting to train and how fortunate I am to have the health that I have. Life…it doesn’t seem fair and it’s not always fair.
