Subject: Where do you rank in the individual sports?In my 1st tri (Super-sprint: .25 mi, 7mi, 1.5mi ) I was BOP on everything including finishing the race....I had the race director follow me in with the turn around cone. In my 2nd tri (sprint: .5mi, 12mi, 3.1mi ) I was: Swim - FOP Bike - MOP Run - BOP I just competed against myself on the same course and did almost the same thing...held the MOP/MOP/BOP Now, I am going to focus on trying to run more to get that into the MOP grouping. Edit: Last race was mostly MOP incl the swim, but I was sick and attribute it to how I felt. I swim OWS with a group of people weekly and am FOP with them. Edited by DolphinGirlMB 2009-09-09 2:13 PM
