You can be drinking beer AND stretching at the same time.  Really though, I think it is just about being conscious about telling yourself to do it here or there. For example, if you're watching TV, get on the floor and start stretching your hamstrings, glutes, groin, etc. Or stand against the wall and stretch your calves, quads, etc. I'm sure there are many opportunities to stretch throughout the day, IF you make a conscious effort to think about doing it. |
