After the strengthening I wish I would have just run instead. Haha... Planks for 1 minute are BRUTAL when you aren't used to it. I agree with the plank brutality! I did a challenge where I set myself up to do 4 minutes of various planks every day for a month... My abs never seemed to heal. Then my wrists said forget it and I had to change my goal. |
