Subject: DECEMBER Peach Challenge

For the month of DECEMBER, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach.

The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days.  Below is a peachy month (green is a racing stem)...be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rule, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

I took november off from the Peach challenge and now I want back in!   Had a great peachy start......weight lifting/yoga/bike trainer.  Had to fight off the cat for the trainer as he decided to nap on my aero bars.   I guess that's what I get for using them like a coat rack!

I'm doing the peach challenge as part of my "don't be a fruitcake" challenge so I'm in. Tried and failed miserably to make november peachy, but I'm determined this time!

Was supposed to do a run yesterday after work but wasn't feeling well, so did 20 minutes of stretching and a 30 minute core strengthening session. After the strengthening I wish I would have just run instead. Haha... Planks for 1 minute are BRUTAL when you aren't used to it.

I agree with the plank brutality! I did a challenge where I set myself up to do 4 minutes of various planks every day for a month... My abs never seemed to heal. Then my wrists said forget it and I had to change my goal.

Decided at the end of last month to join the challenge.  Still on track after three days -- but my legs are already talking to me!  Today will be the big challenge as there's 3" of snow outside that aren't exactly encouraging me to drive to the pool.
