Yes, that's okay, no we didn't bother stating that we are related or how. It's better to have my sister on someone else's team than me harassing her about whether she's getting her miles in. For all of Dee's google spreadsheets use the following sign-in information: ilucy2, team captains (or someone in your team) will start threads in the challenge forum for you to chat. Make sure you log all your training in your BT log and then each week there will be Dee's wonder-spreadsheet to update. kcav and any others, either post your details in this thread (as you've done) or on the sign-up spreadsheet. Then start training - Dee will allocate you to a team over the weekend, but you can assume that you're in. (It's almost never too late to join a challenge Happy training! |

Cycling will likely be next month. I really need to focus on the pool as I missed a handful of pool workouts in January. Have no fear...I'll be letting everyone else school me in the near future!  So do I need to wait for the team captain to chime in with a thread post for the swim group? Or can a teammate just start it? |
