Subject: May "President's Cup" challengeAs the title suggests, the teams for this challenge will be USA vs Rest of the World (or, more realistically, different USA regions vs Rest of the World) -- expats can ask to be put in their "home" team!! It's May and we should all be training hard and racing so the challenge is multi-sport: you must post a goal (however small) in all 3 disciplines (unless you've got a medical reason for missing one area). Bonus points are awarded for races and brick training sessions -- 5% of your weekly total in the disciplines that you raced/brick-ed up to a maximum of 10% each week. For example, if you complete a bike/run brick you get an extra 5% of your running and cycling totals that week. If you have a tri race, you get an extra 5% in all three disciplines. And as per usual, you can complete up to 110% of your overall goal to help the team along.
