How about "Hip East Coast Girls and Dudes" for a team name?

Oh, and hello team!!  I don't mind being a team captain, so if no one wants to do it, I'll do it.

I'm already the US admin for running the challenge, so I don't want it! As far as I'm concerned, it's yours!

I figured you might need some help there.  Being admin is really crazy for the first week!

I've never used a google spreadsheet before.  Can anyone go into it to edit our own training info?

Yes.  You can go to docs.google.com and then log in as "[email protected]" with the password "challengeforum".

You'll find our spreadsheet there.  If you have an account of your own on google, you can go under the "share" tab on the right side of the spreadsheet once it is open and invite yourself as a collaborator.  Then you don't have to switch log ins.

Let me know if you have any problems with that.

i am going to be a little light on my training this weekend (work stuff) and then the following week (on-call for work), but i'll be able to get some swimming and hopefully some biking, but my goals accounted for this...   So don't think i am a slacker right off the bat.

Good morning Hipsters!

I hope you are hitting the ground running! I got out for 3.4 miles this morning. Pushing the speed and feeling good!

Yeah Jen, how do we change this thread title?

YEA ARTEMIS!!!  You have my vote, too.

Way to go East Coast hipsters!

Run this morning....more to follow.  I am looking forward to the new challenge.  I have some different goals this month to push myself a little out of my comfort zone.

Happy training team!

I made a few tables for the challenge, but the pictures aren't loading.  I know that the picture linking got changed recently, so it might have to do with that.  I'll wait a bit and hopefully figure out how to fix that before I post the tables.

Sorry!  I've had them written down, just forgot to post them.  I added to the spreadsheet.  They are:

bike: 12.5 hours

run: 9 hours

swim: 5.5 hours

Basically, that's sticking to my training plan for the month.
