Had a lovely 40k cruise round the beach and river this morning, which will be followed up with run intervals this arvo.  errkk my least fav type of training!

I haven't run or worked out at ALL since last Wednesday (thanks to my work schedule), and I am pissed as hell about it.  I think I'm going to skip straight to my long run . . . 9 miles this morning (will be my longest ever, God knows I should be fresh for it).

To hell with being semi-comatose on  my overnight shift AGAIN tonight.  I can sleep when I'm dead.  I know I will feel great about it afterward.

Little brick this AM since I probably won't be able to get in a double sesssion today due to work. I'm not all into bricking my sessions when they're supposed to be done as two separate ones, but it had to be done. Just changed up the bike workout a bit.
