argggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggh!!

I can't believe I did it.  Ran 6 miles in my regular bra.  Major ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!  I should keep an extra sports bra in my car in case this happens again... this has only happened a few times, but a few times too many... and I wasn't about to "not" run cause of my bra... so there I did it... 6 miles in my Victoria Secret underwire bra, LOL!

haha!!... I did it!!, it was sooooooo gross!!  I was not about to go home because of a dang bra!!  I thought "heck, 1/2 the woman don't even look like they have a bra on, so why should I care"... and so I went... and because I was determined to move beyond obstacles, I ran 6 miles instead of my planned 5, LOL!!

I would be in too much pain if I did that.  My normal bra doesn't really help with the bounce factor...

For those of us who do not need bras, or the Seinfeld "bro's" or "mansierre", why was it so EEEWWWW? Does the underwire rub or something?

well I am not that big... so it was more of an annoyance than anything... but hey, maybe it brought me down a size which would be good... I would gladly be back to my AA than a high B any day.

The bigger question is, Did you wear underwear under your biking shorts under your running shorts?

*ducks*

Not the first. Ha ha! See above question regarding lack of commando-ness under bike shorts.

Guilty here too. The girls are delightful according to the hubby, but they don't need a lot of support. Can run in any bra.

Not sure about the eww thing either. It can't be that lace and sweat don't mix... Heh!  Is it sweating on expensive bras? I have easily spent as much on a "workout" bra at the Nike store as I have a "work" bra from Oh Baby!

Yup, I've done it too, twice.  I didn't even realize it until after I was done running the first time and the second time I was supposed to do a long run (12 mile) and realized I forgot to swap my bra around mile 3.  Oops!  Not super large on top so not a  big deal but there was no way I was gonna run 12 without my sports bra.  Course I really didn't want to run 12 anyway so it all worked out!

Um, as a 34D, there is NO WAY I'd do it. Last time I was at the running store, they had me get on the treadmill because we were discussing something about my gait and just the 2 minutes on that was bad enough (I'd gone during my lunch break so I was in my work clothes.)

I've done it on accident before. But I'm a small 34A so it didn't really bother me.

I am similar sized (36D) and had to run the Philly Distance Run (half marathon) with no sports bra.  I didn't realize it wasn't packed until the morning of the race, and cried when I realized it.  I wasn't going to scrap the race, so I did some "modifications".  I wore the VS underwire bra and with the help of my DBF reinforced it with several wraps around me on top of the bra with trainer's tape.  I was shocked.  It stayed taped, didn't chafe, and kept everything held nice and tight.  It's amazing how resourceful we engineers can be in a pinch!!
