Subject: July Peach Challenge

For the month of July, it's all about Peach boxes on your calendar.  If you have not noticed, when you post a workout, the box for the day turns peach. 

The goal is 100% Peach for 31 days.  Below is my peachy May, with a green stems for racing...be warned peaching can be addictive   Keep in mind every day does not need to Tri-specific training; walking the dog, going for a hike, weight training, etc....count as Peach boxes.  The only rules, MOVE everyday!!  Let me know if you are interested.

First day of the month and I didn't feel like doing anything since I have poison oak/ivy (not sure which one, but it itches!).  I couldn't screw up the peach challenge the very first day....so, I did 20 min on the stationary bike at the gym! Whew!
