oops, dont pay attention to this post

Dude, you so need more options in this poll.  I did 2 1/2 once, and know of many, many others who have done much more.

I've done 2 hour rides.  They aren't fun - and I start to go a little crazy ... but I've done them.  Mostly in the winter although I did 45 minutes of intervals last week because it was pouring and I needed to get the workout in.

I can't imagine doing any longer than that though - HIM training?  3 Hours?  No way!  Although - I had a friend who did the cross-Canada ride for Cancer who would do 4-5 hour rides. 

I need a fluid trainer ... my mag trainer stinks and I'm not good enough on my rollers to get a good workout in.

telling me not to pay attention is kinda like saying, "stare at me in that uncomfortable way, out of the corner of your eye, really really hard, as if someone is forcing your head one way and your eyes another."

Kinda like when I go out with my buddy and his wife, whos wife has, um, really big, beauthiful, round, um eyes, and never, you know....wears any, um sunglasses....

I thought I ignored this yesterday ... but it keeps coming back!
