Did I miss this?  I guess we are all sitting around waiting on someone else to start this, so.....here it goes.

As for me, I am doing Lake Norman Sprint on Sunday.  Good luck to everyone.

Hickory Grove Sprint Tri on Sunday for me...one week after HIM.  Legs felt pretty good this week so hopefully I'm recovered enough...

Fifth race, fourth triathlon this month, the Snakebite Triathlon, first tri in years in my hometown of Morgan City LA.

Veterans tell me the laast time they had a tri at this venue, aerobars were a rarety and they were lucky to get 30 participants. This new version has sold out at 150+ in its first year.

I have "triathlon pneumonia"...like walking pneumonia but for people refusing to waste a $50 entry fee.

Luckily it is only a sprint (Lake Norman YMCA Triathlon).  I am hoping my lungs don't get too angry at me.  Will have three doses of antibotics in me.  That is the defination of HTFU right?

I'm in!  Due to an injury in Feb, this will be my first race of the season, the Rocketman.  I've done this race 5 or 6 times over the years.  In my logs there is a pic of the cool tee shirt for the Rocketman.

After my partial failure at my tri last weekend I go back into my comfort zone with a running race - A Midsummer Nights Run - my fourth year participating and my fourth year doing the 30k. It's a really cool race with a Shakespearean theme - they have pace fairies instead of bunnies and people dress up (though I don't) and it starts in the even and we run into the dark.

Mostly it's a training run in prep for my fall marathon. I think I get a 120k pin! Jeez, time flies - it'll be my 6th 30k race ...

Moss Park in Orlando. This is my 6th race this season. This is an olympic and I'm excited because my first olympic race this season in March was held at the same venue. I am hoping to see some improvements over those times as it will be set up as the exact same race course. This is my last one this season. Bitter sweet because it's last one, but I could use a little rest. I'm sure after two weeks of lighter training, I will be back out looking for the next race.

Moss Park in Orlando.

Same here (Olympic on Sunday).  Did the same course at their event last month.  Anxious to see if I've improved any since upping my volume's for HIM training.

Good luck to everyone racing this weekend.  Be safe!

Sunday. Local sprint tri with a pool swim. Just a training day for me. Not my A race. Doing a 55 mile bike ride the day before.

I'm just going to go out to the race... and see how it goes. Just focusing on having a good time and pushing myself.

And I am doing the Lake Norman Sprint on Saturday.  Looks like it will be a hot one right now.
