DECEMBER Peach Challenge!

I'll bite! I need something to keep me going - post IM blues has set in.....

but of course, I need to stay peachy

I'll bite at the Peachy.  Need to get my butt in gear.

Was playing outside with my 4 year old son and was "hiding" behind a small tree from the Jombies (I think he means Zombies) and she said they could see me.  I asked, "How can they see me behing this tree?"   Reply, "They can see your big tummy and big butt."   He got tackled and tickled for that comment.

The November challenge really jump started my tired old engine (I lost 6 lbs in  November) so I'm definitelyt back in for December! 

You've seen my goal and that is going to take a few more months of 6lbs lost each plus a lot of other work.  I'm on my way back to that though even if it have been 15 years since I looked like my goal.  I'm excited to ride and run hills without the extra baggage holding me back.  Gravity sucks when you are overweight.  Who knows I might find a way to qualify for Boston or Kona????

So manana it begins One quick question - are we going for a "minimum" daily amount? I certainly don't want to slack off before December even gets here but Im just curious...Thanks.

Peachy core this AM.  Planning on the trainer tonight.

It is December 1st today so I don't see why not!  Welcome aboard and stay peachy.  This month is also filled with distractions so we are all going to need the challenge to get out and about unless you count shopping, cooking, and eating as a peach?
