Master 2429 Falls Church, Virginia | Subject: RE: Du-December Challenge Team 2 Good morning! My name is Laura, I'm 29, and I'm trying to get back in the game after a two year absence. Hopefully being a part of the team will give me the motivation I need to build up my running and spend more time on the trainer. I work at a dog daycare and kennel, so obviously this is an incredibly busy season right now. I know a couple of you already, but I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of you. |

I'm Lynne, almost 38 (ouch) and have been doing triathlons since 2007! Quit smoking nearly 6 months ago so my new goal is a 19 mile trail run at the end of January. I also need to bike more so I added that to my goals for this challenge. I have a lovely computrainer on loan for the winter so I figure I should use it. I'm also from Scotland so I apologize if I am hard to understand!
I recognize a few people from challenges before too! Aloha! |

Oh I didn't mean it like that. hehehehhe. Congrats on being an official NON SMOKER! I went through a really bad experience this past summer and it shocked me into quitting. On the positive side though, something good came out of it. Now if only I could stop eating.
I will be 38 in a few weeks, but I act like a 9 year old. Tantrums n all. LOL |

I started off this month with a non-goal workout. Not procrastinating, that was just how it shook out. My goals are run and bike (which I'll be adding to the spreadsheet a little later) and tomorrow morning I have a run planned. Right now it is really sad, because running 2.25 miles in 30 minutes about killed me. |

Elite 4201 washington state | Subject: RE: Du-December Challenge Team 2 Hi My name is Dee (not the Dee of Taser & Challenge fame!). I am pretty new to tri training. I have yet to do a tri event, but I am working hard toward that goal. I am a licensed Massage Therapist for 22 years now with my office in the local YMCA. I'm married to a wonderful guy who unfortunately does not want to train for triathlon. Oh well, I love him lots anyway My goals for this challenge are running and biking ... trying to increase my distance this month. |

Expert 1187 Ontario | Subject: RE: Du-December Challenge Team 2 Hi teammates... I'm also doing a run/bike challenge and started the month with a run. I need to get ahead on the biking for the first half of the month as I'll be away for 6 days with no access to my bike starting the 15th. Staying on track will be a big challenge for me this month so I'll need lots of help from the team. |
