We added 2 cool graph types...Pie and Frequency.

Free members have two new graphs.
  • Total Volume - Pie Chart: nice way to compare total volume of s/b/r, strength and sports over any date range
  • Frequency: see how often you s/b/r.
Performance Members have those plus:
  • Total Volume - TriSports Only - Pie Chart: nice way to compare total volume of s/b/r over any date range
  • Frequency for individual trisports.
  • Actual vs. Planned Frequency for Tri-Sports only:  How many workouts did you have planned vs. how many you actually did. Sometimes the truth hurts more than a speedwork session.

I found them.  Under graphs, duh!  You do have to open up one and then you should see the subsets and one or two selections down and you will see the pie chart.  I just looked at actual for the month.  Nice and colorful!

Good stuff.  Any chance we can get the graphs of our current training (past 5 weeks summary on the front page of our blogs) in hours rather than minutes?   Thanks, Ron

Will have to evaluate that but I'm probably thinking not due to server load...we do have those charts with a scrolling X axis (for more than 5 weeks) for a certain HR graph...I will have to check to see if it wouldn't kill the server on a much larger scale.  We did add the fact that you can just hover over a bar and get the HOURS.

It's there. The tooltips for those graphs now show the hours values.

Any way to do graphs for a years worth of data to compare multiple years? Right now you can sort them by volume per day/week/month. I would like to see how my volume compares for years. No biggie, I was just wondering how much more I did in 2009 than 08 and 07 when I started.

Thanks for everything you do to continue to make the site better!

Hi all,

I find these new charts very useful. Thanks  a lot. (BTW, I also had trouble finding them the first time lol).

On a slightly different topic, but always related to improving the site, on the MONTH view, is there any chance we can see the results in the order S-B-R. Right now they show B-R-S, so if you are looking at the bottom results and you do not have the headers you get all confused and have to be scrolling up to remember what the order was. Our brain is more used to the S-B-R order, so I would suggest changing the order of the columns to match this.

Thanks and great site!
