Subject: 80 IM swim workouts
My wonderful wife was nice enough to write our swim workouts onto a word document. I emailed the the document to Kinko's and had them printed out on card stock then laminated. It costed like $15 but well worth it.

I do 4 swims a week...long, tempo, and 2 moderate. I liked these workouts, part of the reason I was able to cut 20 minutes off my swim time from one IM to the next.

During the big weeks I would modify the 2nd of the moderate swims to 3,000 yards since that was my 4th swim of the week and I was getting tired.

Thanks so much for sharing!  And what a great idea getting them laminated!  Beats my index cards in a ziploc system, for sure

I have a Mac and I got it just fine.  What browser are you using?  I opened it with Firefox and then it opened the actual document into Word.

Thanks for sharing.  This was a great idea.

Ditto on the thanks.  And I too think this will be better than my index card in a ziplock bag trick.

I'm a bit sad because I lost one of my pull paddles and had to order new ones. Waiting for them to arrive. Pulling just doesn't have the same effect on my arms without the paddles... and there's lots of good pulling in these workouts!!

Unless I want to swim in a circle, I need to wait until my paddles come. BOO. Tongue out

THANK YOU BRYAN!  I apologize, but I've only been swimming 2.5 years and I'm still very ignorant to the sport.
