Subject: January 2014 AB's ChallengeNo,not an ABC challenge, but an Ab's Challenge. The challenge is to improve your ab's by increasing the number of sit-ups, crunches, leg raises and time holding a plank each day. Every 4th day is a rest day. In 30 days you will go from: - 15 sit-ups to 125
- 5 crunches to 200
- 5 leg raises to 65
- 10 sec plank to 120 seconds.
