Felt like the longest 12 mile run EVER for me today...3 very tough interval workouts on the bike this past week made my legs feel like absolute lead this morning. So happy I didn't have to go a step further! Tweaking my diet the past week didn't help things though...went in a bit depleted - ugh!
Glad I'm riding tomorrow!
