Subject: RE: Best Triathlon Nutritional Drink - 2007Perpetum for sure on any days longer than a couple of hrs (as per the product label incidentally ).  HEED for the short days. Little did I know the corn syrup/sugar in the gatorade tastes great, but was the reason I always had problems with the stomach.
Not sure if there is a category for recovery fuels - but Recoverite also from Hammer has made a HUGE difference for me this year.. Feel relatively great the next day after a long workout or race - of course, before that my post race nutrition pretty much as horrible.. so I'm sure it's that too.
