Subject: RE: Gimmie your "best" first world problemsWe recently got a new, very high-tech washer and dryer. Since the dryer no longer has to be vented outside, we were able to put them washer>dryer, left to right, the way G-d intended them to be (they couldn't sit that way before, because they dryer needed to be next to the exterior wall on the left ).
Anyway, our cleaning person usually tosses all the rags that she's used for cleaning the kitchen and bathroom into the washing machine when she's done with them. She didn't notice that the washer is now where the dryer is, and vice versa, and so she tossed a pile of dirty, cleaning-solution-soaked rags right on top of a load of laundry in the dryer that we hadn't taken out yet. So this morning, when I went to get running clothes from the dryer, they all smelled like ammonia, and I had to pick a different outfit to wear. |
