Finally got my goal onto the spreadsheet and logged that first workout... 5% of plan, WOO HOO! Heading to the gym at lunch for a run on the treadmill. | 354 | Subject: RE: Tased and Confused (Team 1) - January Challenge Awesome Hawkeye game last night! I wanted them to have a much better lead so I could go to sleep at the half, but no such luck. My husband turned off the alarm when it went off at 6 and I didn't even hear it! Got up at 7 to take him to work and go to the wc. Got in a 5 mile run this am on the dreadmill at the wellness center. weather looks better on sun., mon, or tues for an outdoor run!!! It will be in the high teens to low 20's -bring on the heat wave!
