I love this picture!

What did you end up doing?

From a duathlon on the weekend, and yes, I am wearing arm warmers with a tri top, knitted gloves and long black socks.  I didn't exactly plan properly for the weather.  When we got to the race site, it was a little colder than I expected so I had to improvise.
