I have finally admitted that vegan is never going to be for me I need chicken and fish, but am keeping the fruit and veggies high and definitely not going back to processed food -thats is a good thing for everyone.
I blamed my three weeks of juicing for cramps and killer runs, but I was wrong. I've had this stomach thing for days now. It's really grinding my into the ground. Makes me want to get back to juicing when I can.
Didn't let it keep me from the gym. Just starting to workout so nothing I can't do while sick.
Little jogging, some stationary bike - really happy to be back on track.
