Service sucked, they were out of everything, the food sucked, they screwed up all of our orders, it was terrible. I talked to the manager... and he basically blew us off and gave a half arsed "Sorry" and walked away. So I wrote corporate an email. It was very polite, outlining everything that was wrong, and even how they could improve it. I even outlined the (very few) positives. What did I get? An apology email. I'll never eat there again. Dang straight. It's NOTHING to them to hand out a couple coupons or a gift card to keep a customer happy. It's not just you they lost, but anyone you might have gone there with if you refuse to go AND all the people you tell the story too. Seems silly to me. |
