This is my second 10K PR of the season and the first time I have ever been able to take on a hilly course and beat it. Very happy!!! Ok, back to the regularly scheduled programming.... ANd Tiana, as someone who had a rough IM, I know how disappointed you must be. Mourn a little and then pick up the pieces. Your day will come. |

I got really sick ln the swim a kept throwing up And throwing up I also jammed right ankle into sand and now have a swollen ankle. I'm feeling pretty down but am already planing my next race. Tiana I'm sorry the swim was rough. Take care of your ankle and work on that planning. You may not have crossed an Ironman finish line yet but you have done something that so few people do and that is to get to the start line and give it your best shot.
